A new exact spherically symmetric and magnetically charged black hole solution in regularization scheme of Glavan Lin is obtained. The nonlinear electrodynamics Lagrangian given by LNED=−F/(1+2βF4), where F the field invariant. We study thermodynamics calculating Hawking temperature heat capacity hole. phase transitions take place when has an extremum singular. demonstrate that holes are thermodynamically stable some range event horizon radii positive.
